No 47, Branimira Ćosića Street
By observing all the norms and rules when it comes to construction, we have built a residential-business building in the Branimira Ćosića Street which gave our city a special touch with its visual identity. Red-and-white facade clearly dominates on the very corner, but again is completely harmonized with the environment in terms of urban planning. No 7, Tekelijina Street
At the corner of Tekelijina and Gundulićeva Streets, another Prezident’s business and residential building found its place. Ideally located, with excellent gross area of 3,200 m2, captivates with its eye-catching appearance and exudes stability.
The building has B+G+4+Att, has 38 apartments, 12 garages and 2 business premises. It is one of the recent projects implemented by the Prezident Company and not only that the deadlines for completion of works were met, but the buyers had the opportunity to receive the keys and to move in earlier.

The building that we built at No 1, Futog Road, on plot 2643/1, fits perfectly into the environment and is the epitome of taste and harmony regarding the surroundings. We complied with all norms and rules during construction and thus created the object other foreign and domestic investors could look up to. The building has LG+G+Gar+4+Att, with gross area of 3,200 m2 and consists of 39 apartments and 6 business premises.

Credit Agricole, Novi Sad
A special mark in the construction of business and residential buildings is a luxury building at the No 6, Braće Ribnikar Street (where the Prezident Company was both an investor and contractor) purpose-built in accordance with high standards of Credit Agricole Bank. This building, measuring approximately 10,000 m2 was built and registered in 11 (eleven) months. The building was built on a plot 1021, with flooring LG+G+Gar+6+Att, and has seven apartments, parking places in the courtyard and in front of the building.
This dominant building attracts attention with its appearance, form and function!
Prezident Stara Pazova
Prezident Company proudly presents a new project in Stara Pazova. It is a residental building located at Zmaj Jovina bb Street. The building consist of 83 apartments, area from 24 to 109 square meters. In addition to the ground floor, the building has 4 floors and a withdrawn floor (penthouse). The building has an elevator and an underground garage, and provided parking space. Visual identity of the building, the maroon-and-white facade gives a special note to the surroundings and fits perfectly into the environment. Anticipated completion of works is December 2015.
