Is engaged in investing and building commercial and residential buildings in Serbia. It was founded in 1994 as a small family business, and in 2001 it grew into the company we know today.

Experience and tradition
For more than 28 years, the management of the Prezident Company has been stationed in Novi Sad, at the same address, at Jevrejska Street 23. The first building was built in 1998, and the company was both an investor and a contractor. What we emphasize as the most important link of a successful business is satisfied customers. Experience and tradition have created loyal clients who recognize and want quality and individualized service. By meeting their demands and wishes, we have created the key to long-term success.
